ANEMOIC

Anemoi was the Greek word for wind. Astraeus, an astrological god of the planets, and Eos, goddess of the dawn, were the parents of the Anemoi. Ancient Greek artists depicted the Anemoi as riding on clouds, blowing in the wind or being transparent.

The wind symbolises all the difficulties, obstacles, struggles and hindrances we face in life. Through the symbol of the wind, the poet teaches his readers the important lesson that we must be strong and courageous. We must have a strong heart and will to face all the difficulties and hardships of life.
